Job Description:

• We are looking for Estheticians and Massage Therapists to provide our customers with impeccable service while building their own customer base. To excel in this position, you should be self-motivated and highly customer service-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares choreography and instructs members in various level of group fitness techniques
• Provides excellent customer service and encouragement to members; maintains awareness of and promotes all group fitness activities
• Encourages attendance to group exercises classes and club events
• Promotes a welcoming environment to all employees, members and visitors
• Attend meetings as needed designated by the Group Exercise Manager
• Keeps certifications up to date

Requirements:

• Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion or a certificate and or an esthetician license.
• Participate in continuing education to improve effectiveness (preferred).
• Must adhere to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy and esthetician services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Massage and/or Esthetician License.
• Knowledge of and experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required, as well as knowledge of and experience in performing other modalities offered by Cross Gates Family Fitness
• Reliable and on time for scheduled shifts/services
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings- based on services booked
• Ability to sell products to our clients based on the products you use while rendering services
