Job Description:

• You will be provided the training to teach swim lessons to children and adults, starting at 4 months old, following the Cross Gates Swim School aquatics program that is gentle, fun, and progressive. You will be assigned to a class schedule developed by manager(s) and will interact with swimmers, parents, and/or guardians.

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to and supports the Swim School Manager

• Instructs swimming lessons in accordance with Cross Gates Swim School training and program standards

• Maintain certifications throughout employment

• Commit to 4 to 8 hours per week

• Enthusiastic personality

• Comfortable in and around the water

• Strong swimming skills are a plus but can be taught and developed!

Requirements:

• American Red Cross Certification

• Must be 16 years of age or older

• Schedule flexibility

Compensation:

• Based on experience
