Job Description:

• As the Swim School Manager, you will collaborate with ownership and leadership to create and implement guidelines for the swim school. Your primary responsibilities will include teaching group swim lessons and training new group and private lesson instructors to ensure adherence to the swim school's standards and the agreed-upon swim lessons program.You will play a key role in developing a consistent and high-quality experience for all swim school participants. This role is based predominantly at our Gause Blvd location but will expand to include the Military Rd location in the summer months. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to increase your income by training others to replicate the established lesson structure, reducing the need for you to be in the water while maintaining the program’s consistency and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with questions and needs 
• Problem-solving unique situations to better a member/swimmer's experience
• Helping to continue training all team members both new and experienced team members on correct procedures 
• Communication with team members and other departments 
• Work with Management in regards to the swim school 
• Plan and implement swim school programming 
• Teach lessons 
• Train new swim lesson instructors for both private and group lessons
• Answer swim lesson leads
• Schedule swim lessons and instructors for both private and group lessons
