About the Role :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Administrative Assistant to support our NH EDI team and VT sales team. In this dual role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our benefits programs and supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
EDI Support :
Assist with data mapping and testing of new EDI transactions
Resolve EDI errors and discrepancies
Generate and analyze EDI reports
Sales Support :
Create sales presentations and marketing materials
Update customer information in Salesforce
Assist with quoting and proposal development
General Administrative Tasks :
Manage employee benefit records and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and insurance carriers
Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients
Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in the employee benefits industry
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management systems
In-depth knowledge of employee benefits plans and regulations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
