Responsibilities
- Gather intake information from new prospects from web inquiry, walk in, referrals.
- Work with prospective clients to analyze, evaluate and discuss risks to determine appropriate coverages.
- Work with Producers to quote new lines of insurance.
- Create proposals to present to prospective clients and or producers.
- Complete accurate applications for submission to carriers and process new business submissions per established agency workflows
- Review new business policies for accuracy.
- Grow and maintain relationships with local centers of influence.
- Attend monthly sales and personal lines meetings.
- Work with prospective clients to analyze, evaluate and discuss risks to determine appropriate coverages.
- Keep informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to customer and insurance company needs.
- Monthly tracking of new business.
- The right candidate will possess a knowledge of personal insurance, strong sales skills, a positive attitude, be highly organized,
- work well with peers and sales staff, and be able to create and manage deadlines. Applied EPIC experience preferred but not required.
