Resident Services Manager
Cross Keys Village - The Brethren Home Community (CKV) is currently seeking a highly motivated compassionate professional to join our Personal Care team! As the Resident Services Manager working at CKV, you will be provided with the opportunities to enjoy a friendly work environment guided by Christian values.
This opening is for a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with the ability to fluctuate hours as needed.

Personal Care, more commonly referred to as PC Mission Point, is designed for individuals who wish to remain independent when staying at home has become impractical or unsafe. Job Description:
As the Resident Services Manager, your scope of responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Establishing and evaluating resident services to meet department objectives and satisfy regulatory requirements.
- Training and developing the direct care team within Personal Care and monitoring assignments and work schedules.
- Evaluating and monitoring resident service and healthcare needs.
- Advising and facilitating communication between members of an interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with admission and transfer protocol. Facilitating communication between members of an interdisciplinary team when developing and updating resident support plans.
- Leading and managing the discharge planning process when Residents need a higher level of care.
- Implementing resident service and healthcare policies, procedures and programs for Personal Care. Working collaboratively with service lines, PC Medical Team and family members to manage Resident health.
- Directing the provision of available health care and support service for the Personal Care residents to assure their health, welfare and safety in conjunction with Social Worker. Performing in-depth assessments, as needed, of resident’s physical and emotional status. Assuring that resident’s rights are protected per the Resident’s Bill of Rights. Completing required documentation and record keeping as required.
- Works collaboratively with Personal Care Administrator to develop annual budgets.
- Ensuring effective inter and intra departmental communication, and practices effective communication skills with internal and external customers. Fostering teamwork among all staff and serving as a role model. Developing timely and appropriate relationships with all customers.
- Interacting daily with Personal Care team providing leadership and guidance to direct care staff and Personal Care medical team.
- Providing or coordinating educational topics per regulatory requirement or identified need. Scheduling and leading family conferences. Representing Personal Care at campus IDT conferences. Following residents while in the hospital or Healthcare Center and participating in establishing the discharge goals.
- Participating in Interdepartmental Committees as assigned.
- Supporting the nursing team by assisting in scheduling medical appointments and transportation for resident appointments.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is required.
- One to three years of leadership experience is preferred.
- Must have a passion for working with seniors and providing great customer services.
