Cross Link Consulting of North Augusta, SC is seeking to hire a creative, enthusiastic, self-starter Marketing Associate to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve the goals of our 20-year-old IT & Cybersecurity Consulting company. You must be willing to take initiative, as you will be entrusted with developing and implementing marketing strategies that help us serve and protect our neighbors from cyber threats.
As a Marketing Associate, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing manager in marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness and loyalty. Your insightful contributions will help develop, expand, and maintain our ability to reach and protect new organizations which are exposed and vulnerable without faithful cybersecurity partners.

Responsibilities
- Help organize marketing events
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Track and analyze key social media metrics
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Perform keyword research and optimization of content
- Use Google Analytics to conduct performance reports regularly
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media trends to ensure campaigns are relevant and effective
- Manage and update company database and CRM

- Strong desire to learn along with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques that optimize reach
- Competency with ChatGPT and Social Media scheduling and posting software

WORK SCHEDULE
The typical schedule for this position is 12 - 20 hours, 2 to 3 days weekly, at our North Augusta office. Because we focus on mentoring and discipleship, this is NOT a remote or work-from-home position.
