Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sorter to join our team. The Sorter will be responsible for efficiently sorting and organizing materials in a timely manner.
Duties
- Sort and segregate materials such as recyclables, waste, and compost
- Operate equipment including front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, garbage trucks, forklifts, and loaders
- Perform heavy lifting and dig as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the sorting area
- Assist with heavy equipment operation and loader operation
Qualifications
- Experience in heavy lifting and physical labor
- Ability to operate various types of equipment including forklifts and loaders
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- Previous experience with front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, or garbage trucks is a plus
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
