The role is based out of the corporate office and will report directly to the Corporate Controls Engineering Manager.

Corporate Controls Infrastructure Engineer
Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- System Maintenance & Updates: Ensure control systems, PLC, and HMI firmware remain up to date and perform upgrades for features and cybersecurity mitigation.
- Software & Network Management: Maintain the Rockwell Software and AVEVA System Platform infrastructure, including backups, licensing, and updates. Collaborate with IT to maintain the network configuration for control system devices.
- Project Implementation: Work on installation projects for new control system components and upgrade existing systems to improve overall efficiency and security.
- Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site support for control system operations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Documentation & Compliance: Develop and maintain documentation for system standards, backup, and recovery protocols, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and network traffic guidelines.
- User Access Management: Oversee user access across control system environments, conduct audits, and support new access requests.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems and maintain system reliability.
- 7 years in a Controls & Automation Engineering role within industries like Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency in Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix) and HMI development (preferably in Wonderware/AVEVA).
- Experience with Ethernet/IP Communication and industrial network configurations.
- Knowledge in configuring and maintaining industrial managed switches (e.g., Stratix).
- Strong skills in .NET programming and SQL databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, along with the ability to mentor and work collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Open to 25% travel.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
