Job Description:
Serve as an IT Technician on the Division helpdesk team. Provide telephone, remote, email, and in-person desktop and printer support. Inventory, setup, configure, & deploy end-user computer systems and Apricorn encrypted hard disk drives. Create and update helpdesk trouble tickets. Manage Windows Active Directory user accounts & group memberships. Must be able to work in a team environment.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
- Must have a HS Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-2 years supporting Windows desktop OS and MacOS systems (7, 10, 11);
- Windows Active Directory Environment; desktops, laptops, printers, applications, OS, and firmware maintenance.
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and strong people skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and submit to a MVR check
