Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Pay Range: $23 - $30 per hour, based on experience
Shift/Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week during the production season. Shifts alternate halfway through the season to balance day and night hours for all mechanics. During the off-season, shifts transition to either 5 days at 8 hours per day or 4 days at 10 hours per day.

This role includes conducting equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and performing essential repairs to meet production goals. During non-production periods, the mechanic assists with equipment overhaul and installation in preparation for the next production cycle.

Our facility is located in Ripon, WI and includes four large warehouses, extensive labeling, shipping, and receiving operations, and an active production area where we process canned green beans and carrots. Some outdoor production areas exist, though the primary production floor includes stations for snipping, cutting, blanching, and cooking.

- Troubleshoot and repair machinery to maintain production flow, completing replacements as needed.
- Interpret blueprints and sketches to accurately execute assigned tasks.
- Design, fabricate, weld, and install equipment as required.
- Document maintenance work and track completed preventive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust to ensure smooth operation.
- Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and follow all safety regulations and procedures.
