Mechanic 1 : $41.00 / hr
Mechanic 2 : $35.88 / hr
Mechanic 3 : $30.75 / hr
Sign-On Bonus : $2,000 paid in three installments : $500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, and $1,000 at 12 months.
Shift Differentials : Additional $0.50 / hr for hours worked between 3 : 30 pm and 4 : 30 am.
Flexible Schedule : Workweek spans Sunday through Friday, offering 2-3 day weekends.

Position Overview
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing plant specializing in frozen yogurt and ice cream production. This role requires expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed production equipment to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
Education : High school diploma or GED required.
Experience :
Technical Skills : Competency in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable :
Work Schedule
Shifts : Swing shift (2 : 00 pm 12 : 30 am) and graveyard shift (10 : 00 pm 6 : 30 am, April through August).
Weekly Schedule : Sunday through Friday with rotating off days and extended weekends.
