Job Title: Electronic Technician/PLC Tech

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Salary: $66,560.00 - $72,800.00 USD

Job Overview:

The Electronic Technician/PLC Tech will provide essential support to manufacturing operations, focusing on ensuring the sustainable operation of machinery and equipment. This includes troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires expertise in 3-phase and AC/DC motors, PLC systems, and the ability to read and interpret schematics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, motors, and PLC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Analyze test results, using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment.
• Adjust machinery to meet operational standards and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for ongoing tracking and analysis.
  
  

General Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing with strong electronic and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with 3-phase systems and AC/DC motor drives is required.
• Ability to read schematics and use precision measuring devices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and other relevant tools.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in safety audits, training, and accident prevention initiatives.
  
  

Physical/Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. in an industrial setting.
• Work in varying temperature environments (38°F to 75°F).
