Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, motors, and PLC systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
- Analyze test results, using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar equipment.
- Adjust machinery to meet operational standards and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records for ongoing tracking and analysis.
- High School diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in manufacturing with strong electronic and mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with 3-phase systems and AC/DC motor drives is required.
- Ability to read schematics and use precision measuring devices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CMMS, and other relevant tools.
- Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries and maintain a safe environment.
- Participate in safety audits, training, and accident prevention initiatives.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. in an industrial setting.
- Work in varying temperature environments (38°F to 75°F).
