What We're Looking For
Cross River is looking to hire new talent for our eight week summer internship program beginning in June 2025. Cross River has developed a customized, project-based program where we strive to individualize each student’s experience based on their unique skill set and career choice.
Responsibilities :
- Meet with and shadow compliance team members to get an understanding of compliance and compliance careers
- Conduct research on relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements affecting Cross River
- Assist in monitoring updates and changes to compliance related laws, rules, and regulations
- Assist in the creation of regulatory training content for employees
- Assist in reviewing and updating internal compliance document, policies and procedures
- Work with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure company-wide compliance with applicable regulations
Qualifications :
This internship will have a hybrid schedule in our Fort Lee, NJ office.
