Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision to behavioral therapists working on assigned cases, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Design and develop individualized ABA curriculum plans and behavior intervention strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
- Analyze ABA data and generate detailed reports that summarize client progress, identify effective strategies, and recommend areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents and case managers to ensure consistent communication and the maintenance of a high standard of care.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification from the BACB
- Experience working with children with autism
