Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar role within fintech, lending, capital markets, private credit, or related financial services.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, data analysis, and the ability to work hands-on with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with FinTech platforms, ETL processes, data modeling, database management, relevant regulations, and risk management practices.
  • Ability to simplify and translate technical data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
