The Capital Solutions Group (CSG) addresses the financing needs of its clients by offering tailored capital solutions throughout the company life cycle and up and down the capital stack. CSG operates through two entities : the Bank (CRB) and the Broker-Dealer (CRBS). The Bank manages financing activities directly through its balance sheet, overseen by the Principal Finance Group (PFG). CRB's internal capital markets team manages sales and securitizations of loans originated from principal finance positions. The Broker-Dealer, CRBS, facilitates advisory services to structure transactions and connect clients with capital markets participants. Within CRBS, the Structured Products Group (SPG) specializes in asset-backed financings, while the Investment Bank (IB) focuses on corporate-related financings, including capital raises and M&A transactions.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an individual with a background in securitized products sales to lead the institutional sales channel at CRB and CRBS. This is a client facing role, where we define "client" as i) fintech companies and innovative specialty finance companies, ranging from Series A startups to public entities ("platforms") and ii) institutional investors.
Above all else, we value organization, process, and creativity to build new products / tools to create better technology-driven solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Lead investment processes for all live opportunities arising out of the Structured Products Group, including crafting specific go-live messaging, managing client expectations, and ensuring execution on timelines
- Identify client needs and work with members of the Banking Team within SPG or other CSG functions to address
- Represent CRBS in group Syndicates
- Perform day-to-day activities including supporting the Bank's financings (asset sales and securitizations)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple internal Finance (Accounting, FP&A, Treasury) teams, as well as PFG, the Quantitative Strategies Group, and Asset Management Teams that sit within the Capital Solutions Group to execute on the Capital Markets team's goals
