Job Title: Full Time Call Center Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative for our Credit Union. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries
- Providing information about our products and services to members
- Assisting members with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions
- Adhering to all Credit Union policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Preferred but not required to be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
