Job Title: Full Time Call Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative for our Credit Union. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from members and assisting them with their inquiries
  • Providing information about our products and services to members
  • Assisting members with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Resolving member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of member interactions and transactions
  • Adhering to all Credit Union policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Preferred but not required to be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
