Job Description: Part time Member Service Representative/Teller
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative/Teller. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their financial needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs
- Respond to member inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of credit union products and services
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls
- Must be able to answer member service calls and ITM calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or cash handling role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Must be able to work flexible hours
