Your training will encompass various aspects of store management, including creating exceptional customer experiences and mastering operational procedures. You will learn to handle daily paperwork, manage cash and banking transactions, and conduct daily inventories, including lottery management.
Strong inventory control methods will be emphasized, ensuring you understand the importance of maintaining stock levels and minimizing losses.
In addition to operational training, you will actively participate in employee-related management functions. This includes interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, motivating, and disciplining staff, as well as conducting performance appraisals and resolving conflicts. You will also be responsible for understanding and performing Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, which is crucial for managing the financial health of the store.
During the absence of the store manager, you will assume full responsibility for the store, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in a related retail environment
- Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture
