Position Summary
Our Food Service Delivery Person is responsible for managing a high volume of food orders, modeling safe driving practices and delivering excellent customer service. Processing sales transactions in a timely manner and maintaining appropriate food safety cleanliness standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist customers by providing fast, friendly, and courteous service.
- Prepare food items and ensure food maintains correct temperature, order is accurate.
- Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner.
- Complete the sales transaction accepting various forms of payment, and providing accurate change when required.
- Model safe driving practices.
- Comply with appropriate food safety cleanliness standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service/food service or related experience preferred.
- Great interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication.
- Demonstrated the understanding of appropriate safety procedures, and ability to maintain a safe work environment for both employees and customers.
