RETAIL STORE MANAGER- STOP IN STORES
We are growing our convenience store portfolio and seeking experienced Retail General Managers to oversee our store in the Camp Creek, VA area.
This position is responsible for maximizing profitability, ensuring the safety of customers and employees, and building teams to exceed our customer experience and ensure our customers want to come back every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on and direct oversight of daily operations to assure effective operation of facility and to provide outstanding customer service
- Driving profitability and sales through effective merchandising, strong inventory control and performing P&L analysis
- Build, coach, manage and develop teams from a staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training standpoint.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must exemplify our core values of integrity, accountability, service, respect, teamwork and innovation at the managerial level as well as demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Additionally,
- 3 years experience managing high volume retail, grocery, restaurant or other service industry
- Proven record of exceptional customer service
- Previous responsibility for financial results
- Those with previous truck stop or c-store management experience are well qualified!
