What is Crossbeam ?

Crossbeam is the first and largest Ecosystem-Led Growth platform. We act as an escrow service for data, allowing companies to find overlapping customers and prospects with their partners while keeping the rest of their data private and secure. Companies use this data to sell more effectively, market to the right audiences, build the right products, collaborate with their service partners, generate demand, inform M&A, and more. This has created an entirely new way of doing business called “Ecosystem-Led Growth” or ELG—and it works : 40% of our customers' closed deals come from their ecosystem

THE JOB

Our Operations Team is key to Crossbeam’s growth. The Revenue Operations Manager will hold a central role in a dynamic and innovative team where you'll drive the organization's inner mechanics and operational processes.

Working closely with the Revenue Operations Lead and the VP of Strategy and Operations, you will enhance operational skills, collaborate with multiple teams, develop robust technical skills across various SaaS platforms and impact Crossbeam’s growth.

  • Salesforce, at the heart of the Sales team’s processes;
  • Salesoft, Outreach for Sales engagement
  • Apollo, Zoominfo and Hubspot for Growth and Marketing;
  • Snowflake, Segment, Census, Stitch and Mode for Data;
  • Ironclad, Maxio for Revenue;
  • Chili Piper, Zapier, etc.

This role is fully remote, and we are particularly looking for candidates based in Philadelphia, US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer retention strategy : oversee and manage the key initiatives for our customer base in close collaboration with the Sales and Success teams.
  • Sales analytics and reporting : develop, maintain, and continuously improve sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Strategic initiatives for pipeline generation : launch strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing pipeline generation for the sales team.
  • Operational efficiency optimization : identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the company's operations. Propose actionable solutions to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and reduce turnaround times.
  • Implementation and monitoring : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement proposed optimizations and establish monitoring systems to evaluate their effectiveness, ensuring sustained improvements over time.
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in a Revenue Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven expertise with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in SQL.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasting.
  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to managing data, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing workflows.
  • This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to Crossbeam. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
  • In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 annually.

    This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
