Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT Business Systems professionals supporting Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales functions.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Advocate for process improvements and industry best practices within the SAP landscape.
- Provide escalation support and governance over service providers managing platform and development operations.
- Ensure SAP systems are current with necessary upgrades and patches while optimizing performance for seamless functionality.
- Engage with senior leadership and present insights on system strategies and operational efficiencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10 years of SAP experience, with a strong preference for SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven experience leading SAP implementations in multi-site, global environments.
