CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an experienced Loan Partner to join our team. As a Loan Partner, you will be responsible for managing lead intake, following up with clients and referral partners, and ensuring timely loan application processing.
Job Description:
The Loan Partner will oversee the Lead intake and management process, communicating directly with clients, realtors, builders, and business partners. This position requires excellent time management, communication, and data entry skills.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Set appointments, manage leads, and ensure timely follow-up with clients and referral partners.
- Lead Follow Up: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and referral partners.
- Lead Conversion: Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records of lead progress.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
- Positive attitude and self-motivation.
