Position Overview:

The Branch Operations Assistant is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including submitting requests for documentation and obtaining required documentation, verifying loan data, and communicating effectively with the operations team to provide status updates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Submit requests and obtain documents.
• Upload file documents.
• Place and follow up on all applicable third-party orders, as necessary.
• Maintain accurate tracking within Encompass.
• Communicate effectively with the operations team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
