Essential Duties:
Requirements:
- FOLLOW UP ON NEW LOAN LEADS WITHIN THREE HOURS PER PRE-QUAL LEAD SHEET INSTRUCTIONS.
- SET, MANAGE, AND CONFIRM ALL APPOINTMENTS FOR CLIENTS TO COME IN AND MEET WITH LOAN OFFICER AND/OR LP II FOR LOAN APPLICATIONS.
- ALL LEADS ADDED TO LEAD TRACKER, ENSURE FOLLOW UP ATTEMPTS MADE UNTIL APPOINTMENT IS SET.
Requirements:
- NMLS licensure within 360 days.
- Ability to cold-call new contacts without fear.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and possessing a 'Can Do' attitude.
