This role will involve cultivating and nurturing new and existing relationships, attending team events and networking events, and executing a follow up plan with industry partners. Prior experience in the mortgage industry is not mandatory - the right mindset, enthusiasm, work ethic, and attitude are a must!

Compensation :

60,000 - $75,000 DOE, opportunity to earn bonus

Responsibilities :

• Develop Relationships with industry partners that fit our culture and our avatar
• Cultivate and grow existing and new relationships through networking events, internal events, coffee appointments and various other relationship building methods
• Provide first class customer service to new and existing partners
• Promote, support, and uphold the team reputation with positivity and professionalism
• Attend all events and implement and execute follow up plan at a high level
• Drive participation and engagement in events
