Loan Setup In the Jr. Loan Processor role, you are responsible for assisting the Processing team with all of the order-outs needed to move a loan file through the process. This is a very detail-oriented, deadline-driven position and requires someone who can multi-task and self-prioritize at a very high level. This role is primarily responsible for assisting the Loan Processors and Loan Originators in preparing loans for underwriting and closings. Responsibilities :
- Adhere to all lending and regulatory guidelines and policies while preparing the loan file
- Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information
- Meeting loan application deadlines
- Assisting Loan Officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process applications
- Gathering information for the loan application
- Assisting Loan Processor with data entry and acquiring documentation necessary for the loan process Qualifications :
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
- Experience in mortgage lending and knowledge of the loan process preferred
- High school diploma or GED required - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Critical thinking skills Compensation : $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
