As a Director, you will serve as a member of our leadership team to create, develop, and build our presence in the Boston market. You will play a pivotal role in being responsible and guiding our clients to design and develop solutions related to the evolving regulatory compliance landscape within the Financial Services industry. The candidate must possess the experience and the ability to implement industry standards and best practices to assess, advise, design, and / or recommend complex, enterprise-wide, regulatory compliance, and / or risk management, policies and procedures, methodologies, toolkits, and templates.
Client Delivery (~45%)
- Lead a team of consultants responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring regulatory compliance programs and designing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Provide guidance and strategic planning to client business units on regulatory compliance controls.
- Perform testing of business processes and outputs for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Responsibility for quality control of client work product.
- Contribute to add-on / cross sell revenue generation with existing clients and develop business with new clients.
- Strong knowledge of some or all of the following regulatory reports and regulatory metrics :
- FDIC Call / FR Y-9C / FR Y-9LP
- FR Y-14A, FR Y-M, FR Y-Q
- 2052A / FINRA Weekly Liquidity Reporting
- LCR / NSFR
- Risk-Based Capital and Leverage Ratios
- Analytics to detect potential compliance breaches and advise compliance management of issues.
- Dodd Frank Act or components thereof (e.g. Volcker Rule).

The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $160,000 - $326,000 per year annual bonus additional benefits.
