What You’ll Do:
Masterfully grill premium steaks and smoke BBQ meats to perfection
Develop and refine rubs, marinades, sauces, and scratch-made sides
Elevate and improve existing recipes and kitchen standards
Maintain consistency and quality in every dish, every shift
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Train and inspire kitchen staff to uphold top-tier cooking techniques
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience cooking steak and BBQ in a full-service restaurant
Deep understanding of grilling, smoking, and seasoning techniques
