Crossed Keys Estate is seeking a part-time wedding coordinator to plan and execute weddings at our luxury venue. The venue coordinator will play a crucial role in collecting wedding day details from clients and other vendors, communicating accurate information to all venue departments in a timely fashion and ultimately executing event day timelines. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to manage communication with multiple clients simultaneously and have strong time management skills.

- Managing the client experience and communicating with clients regularly via phone call, email or in-person meetings at the venue
- Ensuring that couples provide the venue with necessary wedding day details and documents by provided deadlines prior to event
- Communicate event details to various departments and outside vendors prior to and on wedding days
- Attend (in-person or virtual) weekly interdepartmental meetings to prepare for upcoming weddings
- Orchestrate ceremony and reception details and assist with ceremony rehearsals when applicable
- Assist Bride/Groom or Wedding Party pre-ceremony through reception to ensure they experience first-class customer service
- Create and execute wedding day timelines, communicating with couple, wedding party, vendors and venue's maitre d' or kitchen team so all parties are in sync
- Set up and/or pack up all client personal decor items to be displayed during ceremony or reception
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years of experience in events. Prior wedding experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual.
- Candidate must be personable, neatly groomed and able to work as a part of a team.
- Must be able to work up to two weekend days per week (including night shift availability)
- Ability to stay ahead of event deadlines with minimal supervision
