Crossfill is looking for our Head of Sales and Growth to build and scale our clients, revenue and market.  This is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced team to build out a new market helping eCommerce brands maximize customer outcomes originating from AI platforms including ChatGPT and Gemini.

Consumers are increasingly turning to AI to search for goods and services and optimizing those results is critical for eCommerce businesses.  Crossfill uniquely helps eCommerce brands maximize their visibility and funnel results on leading AI Platforms.

We are seeking our commercial lead to drive outsized growth into this exciting new market.  The ideal candidate is a commercial driver who thrives at the intersection of new market creation, closing contracts at scale, and rapid iteration.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the pipeline and close clients contracts for our AI SEO product and services
  • Develop go to market strategies and pricing that maximizes our growth and scale
  • Work closely with the specialty eCommerce market to evangelize our product and service offerings; be a thought leader
  • Develop and own the marketing function including public-facing content, one-sheeters, websites, etc.
  • Work with our cross-functional teams including product and engineering to maximize client outcomes

Qualifications

  • You have at least 5 years of sales and marketing leadership experience including demonstrable career wins; you’ve successfully scaled before
  • You have experience in AdTech and / or MarTech and understand eCommerce performance marketing and / or funnel mechanics
  • You have at least a bachelors degree from the premier university; MBA a plus
  • You demonstrable have experience selling and closing enterprise clients in eCommerce and specialty consumer categories
  • A background in traditional SEO is a real plus
  • You have a working knowledge of AI platforms and understand who the industry is shifting from keywords based search to semantic and natural language queries
  • You want to own the commercial, sales and marketing processes; you are ambitious
