Electrical Superintendent

A to Z Electric, a division of Crossfire Aggregate, is seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Superintendent to join our team in Midland, TX. This role focuses on Industrial Electrical work in Oil and Gas Facilities and requires a licensed Journeyman Electrician with a strong background in project leadership and resource management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced environments, prioritizes safety and efficiency, and possesses strong team collaboration skills. Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead with Safety & Productivity in Mind: Ensure that all projects meet our safety and efficiency standards.
• Manage Resources: Oversee A to Z Electric employees and equipment.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a professional point of contact with clients.
• Bid Walks & Estimations: Attend bid walks and assist with project estimating.
• Project Forecasting & Tracking: Work alongside supervision to ensure project performance stays on track.
• Payroll & Field Tickets: Help verify payroll and process field tickets accurately.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Travel as Needed: Some travel may be required for remote projects or client visits.

Your Experience & Credentials

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician Texas or New Mexico.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organization to ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees.
