This role is responsible for accurately posting customer payments, researching discrepancies, and ensuring timely reconciliation. The ideal candidate has experience in payment processing and is comfortable working under general supervision to resolve specialized payment situations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Research daily check payments to identify and assign them to the correct customer account.
- Verify payment accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile errors.
- Resolve and report payment-related issues efficiently and accurately.
