Contract Length: 4 months
Location: Miami, FL
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in office - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage a $3B revenue stream through invoicing, auditing, and data analytics across all TracFone/Telecommunication branded products and sales channels.
Accounts Receivable Analyst Responsibilities:- Perform extensive trend analytics and data mining to ensure all financial transactions are invoiced timely and accurately recorded
- Execute invoicing functions for $3B annual revenue stream across all TracFone branded product categories and sales channels
- Support management of Invoicing department operations, including complex billing methodologies and systems modifications
- Implement new invoicing procedures and billing reports based on business needs and product launches
- Administer pricing updates, review invoicing reports, and execute necessary corrections
- Assist with UAT testing and certification of system modifications prior to deployment
- Prepare and analyze reports for Invoicing, Airtime & POSA, and Supply Chain Management operations
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 4 years of experience in financial, business, or data analytics
- Advanced MS-Excel skills required, including pivot tables, charting, and extensive data preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SQL and Oracle Financials experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with invoicing, accounting, and financial operations (wireless industry preferred)
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Capability to work extended hours during month-end processes
