Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support & Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting customer inquiries and operational processes related to energy usage analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions, logging and tracking issues, and ensuring smooth communication between teams . Your contributions will help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails , documenting inquiries and issues in Azure DevOps (ADO) for resolution.
- Log and track issues in both ADO and Excel , ensuring consistency between both systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by providing timely updates and resolutions.
- Identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks , escalating when necessary.
- Generate and distribute a monthly summary report in Excel, tracking customer inquiries, issue statuses, and corresponding ticket numbers.
