Company Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Real Estate Specialist to manage critical telecommunications infrastructure projects through the real estate process, ensuring compliance with industry standards while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and property stakeholders.
Network Real Estate Specialist Responsibilities :
- Drive multiple telecommunications projects through the complete real estate process by coordinating with internal Telecommunication teams, external vendors, property owners, and tower companies
- Assign and manage site acquisition, A&E, environmental, and legal vendors for field operations through weekly update calls and consistent email communications
- Maintain accurate and timely project tracking through Fuze SPM, including milestone forecasting to prepare downstream teams
- Manage lease negotiations within Telecommunication's prescribed leasing model, seeking management support when necessary
- Oversee vendor purchase order management, ensuring POs are issued before work commences and validating task completion
- Track vendor performance metrics and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Coordinate with Telecommunication's regulatory team to ensure compliance with all applicable NEPA, FAA, and FCC requirements
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams to ensure all stakeholders remain informed of project status
- Manage project budgets and provide accurate forecasts of future spending
