About the Role
As a Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III , you will play a crucial role in supporting wireless real estate operations in the dynamic Southern California market. You will be responsible for securing real estate entitlements to enable network enhancements while managing relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong project management skills, contract negotiation expertise, and the ability to navigate regulatory approvals. Your success will be driven by effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, reduce costs, and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee vendors throughout the real estate process for site modifications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, community officials, and legal teams.
- Maintain and update database systems and reports for tracking progress.
- Manage the real estate process from inception through construction handoff.
- Collaborate with Network Implementation teams to resolve on-site challenges.
- Work closely with architectural and engineering firms, as well as general contractors, to align designs with Telecommunication standards and schedules.
- Lead weekly planning and working sessions with vendors and internal teams.
- Address property management issues and resolve landlord / tenant disputes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- This is an on-site role requiring attendance at the Irvine, CA office at least three days per week .
