What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Real Estate Specialist position at Crossfire Consulting Corporation?
This is not a remote position. The candidate must be local to Southern California( at the time of submission) and report to the Telecommunication office in Irvine at least 3 days a week.
As a Property Management Specialist, you will have a key role in supporting wireless real estate in the busy and challenging SoCal market. Your daily work will involve interacting with and managing landlords, processing contracts and real estate documents, resolving landlord disputes, and supporting various property management requests such as access issues, financial resolutions and contract inquiries. You will interface with RF engineers, RE specialists, PM s, Construction, Network Assurance, Regulatory specialists, Landlords and vendors. You will need to work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve property issues as they arise.
Must have prior Property Management and Real Estate Contracts experience. Good customer service and organizational skills required. Must have intermediate to advanced computer efficiency to be able to adapt to Telecommunication-owned tools such as FUZE SPM, NetSites and NetDocs. Experience in telecom real estate is required in order to understand and help resolve site issues and requests.
Responsibilities for the Network Real Estate Specialist :
- Manage varying landlord requests such as payment disputes and verifications, property damage resolution, financial forms, etc.
- Provide support for internal teams such as Network Assurance, RF, Real Estate for site access, site information, rent information, etc.
- Work with HQ Real Estate Team to provide or generate reports supporting Property details.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to develop resolutions for property issues.
- Attendance at occasional team meetings and HQ meetings is required.
- Maintaining database systems and reports.
- Resolve property management and landlord / tenant disputes.
- Role requires some administrative functional support.
