Revenue Management Business Analyst Responsibilities- Support Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) operations and functionality
- Analyze and optimize utility customer operations with a focus on revenue management
- Develop and implement effective credit and collections strategies
- Create, run, and analyze SQL queries to generate insights and reports
- Provide analytical and operational support to the revenue management department
- Assist with delegating and assigning tasks to team members based on functional areas
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for revenue management processes
- Proven experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) systems
- Strong functional background in utility customer operations
- Demonstrated experience in Credit & Collections processes
