About the Role
A leading telecommunications company is modernizing its networks to support groundbreaking products and technologies. As a Trainer Network Trunk Provisioning (NTP) , you will play a key role in educating team members on both existing TDM switch infrastructure and emerging switch technologies, such as Ribbon C20 / G6 / G6. You will ensure that NTP team members receive thorough training on systems, processes, and equipment, enabling them to effectively build, test, and activate DS0 trunking networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on switch equipment and NTP processes.
- Track and facilitate training programs for new NTP team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine training content.
- Support the modernization of network infrastructure by educating teams on new technologies.
