Job Summary

In this role, you will support Telecommunication AE&O Fleet operations, managing the needs of drivable and trailer assets. As an Analyst in Operations Support, you will collaborate with field engineers, fleet operations teams, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless processes for vehicles, mobile tools, and trailers. This role is essential to sustaining operational efficiency and requires a strong focus on project execution and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support for fleet drivers, managing the facilitation and distribution of vehicle registration renewals and new registrations.
• Facilitate vehicle retirements, assignments, and reassignments in coordination with Telecommunication Fleet Operations.
• Coordinate and allocate Telecommunication Connect GPS units for new or replacement vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle utilization to ensure optimal fleet performance and asset management.
• Focus on project execution by identifying risks, dependencies, and resolving conflicts, while contributing to comprehensive project plans.
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant work experience.
• At least one year of experience in project management or project coordination.
• One or more years of experience in fleet operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  
  

Preferred:

• Strong collaborative experience within a business or functional role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across large cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality results.
• Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
• Ability to integrate business strategies with data insights to drive initiatives.
