Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support for fleet drivers, managing the facilitation and distribution of vehicle registration renewals and new registrations.
- Facilitate vehicle retirements, assignments, and reassignments in coordination with Telecommunication Fleet Operations.
- Coordinate and allocate Telecommunication Connect GPS units for new or replacement vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle utilization to ensure optimal fleet performance and asset management.
- Focus on project execution by identifying risks, dependencies, and resolving conflicts, while contributing to comprehensive project plans.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant work experience.
- At least one year of experience in project management or project coordination.
- One or more years of experience in fleet operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong collaborative experience within a business or functional role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across large cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership.
- Ability to integrate business strategies with data insights to drive initiatives.
- Background in the technical fleet or automotive industry.
