Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the U.S. communications strategy for Real Estate
- Build relationships across business functions to identify opportunities for communications support
- Manage external communications planning and earned media campaigns
- Direct and coordinate with U.S.-based PR agencies
- Create and amplify narratives using property trends and macroeconomic data
- Establish media relationships and identify creative news angles
- Act as spokesperson and oversee issues/crisis communications
- Prepare executives for media engagements, including training and briefing
- Track and report on communications effectiveness through key metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 8 years of communications experience, preferably within asset management or financial services
- Strong executive presence with experience advising senior leaders
- Excellent writing, editing, and media relations skills
- Strategic thinker with strong project management capabilities
- Existing media relationships and ability to build new ones
- Knowledge of real estate investment and macroeconomic trends
- Experience in a matrixed, global organization
- Flexible writing style—from press releases to op-eds
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities
- Diplomatic, persuasive, and network-savvy professional
