Responsibilities
- Lead investigations by interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, and drafting concise reports.
- Respond to complaints and reported concerns from internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, unions, and business unit leaders for data collection and analysis.
- Assist management in designing preventive controls, conducting training sessions, and performing security surveys.
- Represent the organization during civil/criminal trials, mediations, and arbitration hearings.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to leadership for preventive measures.
- Maintain case data storage within the established framework and ensure confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree OR 10 years of internal corporate investigation experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years conducting corporate or similar investigations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Willingness to travel as needed for business purposes.
- Ability to evaluate compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Experience in EEO, anti-harassment laws, controllership/fraud investigations, or similar ethical concerns.
- Law degree.
