Client Customer Projects Department
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Client's Customer Projects Department, supporting Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) initiatives. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension based on performance and client budget.

Required on-site presence Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Must be local to Philadelphia area (parking and mileage not reimbursed)
Primary Responsibilities
Create and deliver executive-level PowerPoint presentations based on CC&B data analysis
Run and interpret complex Excel reports to derive meaningful business insights
Present findings and recommendations to client leadership
Support a team of 5-10 direct reports in the Customer Projects Department
Analyze and interpret CC&B metrics and data
Develop comprehensive reporting solutions using Microsoft Office suite
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or Project Management preferred)
3-5 years of Analyst experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proven experience creating and delivering executive-level presentations
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated confidence in presenting to senior management
Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting capabilities
Expert-level PowerPoint presentation design and delivery
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with data analysis and metric interpretation
Soft Skills
Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities
