About the Role
The IT Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement department is seeking a Jr Salesforce QA Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Jr Salesforce QA Tester, you'll work directly with our test lead to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Jr Salesforce QA Tester Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance processes for Salesforce applications, including test design, script development, and execution of manual and automated tests
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing scenarios
- Guide and support business stakeholders through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
- Manage defect tracking and resolution in collaboration with development teams
- Create detailed test documentation and maintain the Test Traceability Matrix
- Provide regular testing progress reports to stakeholders and leadership
- Configure and maintain test environments for both manual and automated testing
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce applications
