Network Real Estate Specialist

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Our telecommunications company is seeking experienced Network Real Estate Specialists to join our growing team. We currently have two positions available - one focused on managing real estate macro new build processes, and another overseeing small cell (self-perform/3rd party/MOD) real estate processes.

Network Real Estate Specialist Core Responsibilities

• Drive project completion and site acquisition initiatives while maintaining strict compliance with leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies
• Manage and track vendor performance, ensuring all project trackers are consistently updated and accurate
• Oversee project budgets and financial aspects of site acquisition processes
• Lead deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to maintain project momentum and provide regular status updates
• Navigate and operate multiple technical systems to ensure efficient project management
  
  

Network Real Estate Specialist Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in telecommunications site acquisition or real estate
• 5 years of project management experience
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and hold parties accountable to project deliverables
• Experience working within established SLAs and project timelines
  
  

Network Real Estate Specialist Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a telecommunications provider
• Financial management or Purchase Order (PO) processing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with telecommunications infrastructure deployment
• Strong understanding of local zoning and permitting processes
