About The Role
Telecommunication is seeking a strategic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the design, execution, and management of cross-segment, brand-level marketing programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for campaign progress, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with product and segment marketing teams to define campaign goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with internal teams—including creative, media, research, PR, AR, events, and legal—to refine campaign needs and finalize kickoff briefings.
- Own and maintain strategic briefs, status documents, and campaign presentations for audiences ranging from working teams to executives.
- Lead weekly core team calls to ensure project alignment and timely execution of deliverables.
- Maintain oversight of all program details, ensuring on-time completion and alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging business opportunities to inform strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant marketing experience, demonstrated through work, military service, or specialized training.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Experience translating market insights into compelling sales stories and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Slides, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Agency or consulting experience.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Background in project management.
- Experience with industry award submissions and amplification.
- Digital marketing and lead generation expertise.
- Familiarity with Workfront Project Management System.
