Jr Project Manager/Engineer

Location: Southfield, MI

Contract Length:12 months

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

About The Role

We are seeking an Jr Project Manager/Engineer to join our team in managing critical network infrastructure projects. Candidate will to support Capacity Mod and New Build macro capital prep program

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple simultaneous network infrastructure construction projects
• Oversee complete project lifecycle financial management, from initial proposals through final delivery
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders through regular meetings and communications
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and control project budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
  
  

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong technical aptitude with project management software and tools
• Proven track record of effective communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR 5 years of experience in the Wireless Field
